Cab booked for * hour /** km on **th April **** at rate of Rs ***/-. Used the cab for *.* km and for ** minutes beyond * hour , additional payment of Rs.**.** was charged. Additionally fare increase of Rs.***.** is charged which was not informed to me before getting into the cab. Total of Rs ***/- was charged. Ola has unilaterally added fare increase without informing me before I got into the cab. If it was informed before getting into the cab, I would have cancelled the ride .They refuse to refund the amount of Rs.***.**.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
