Ola Cabs bangalore - Misbehaving with pregnant lady

This is to bring to your notice that we had booked Ola Cab yesterday afternoon , *.** booking was accepted with number CRN********** and driver NEELAKUMAR CR had arrives @*.**pm post which he refused to take the trip as we had * boxes to be taken along. We agreed and told him we would cancel the trip and cancellation fee will be paid ( We paid Rs.*** online ) but he came down from his car and started yelling at us saying how could you book cab for carrying boxes. He starting using very bad words ( like prostitutes ) and he kicked our boxes twice. We are ladies here, he came so close to me, was literally about to hit me.

We have raised Complaint to our Nearby Indiranagar Police Station. We would request a call back and strong action to be taken from OLA team
