Ola Cabs bangalore - Driver made me pay him cash and now OLA will not refund

Driver did not let me leave the cab till I paid him the fare in cash. The payment mode was set to my wallet, but the driver insisted that I pay him in cash or GooglePay to his phone number **********. He wouldn't let me leave without making the payment to his GooglePay number, and I finally paid Rs*** to his number after he promised how OLA will take care of it if I raise a support request under "Driver asked for extra cash" category. But now after multiple follow ups, OLA still refuses to refund this money.

This amount is unfairly deducted from my wallet.
Even after reaching out to OLA multiple times they do not have a proper response to this problem. They are replying with the same template response. The customer care officers are not even responding to the questions I am asking. They are always replying with the same copy pasted response. This is very insensitive and highly unprofessional and is causing me extreme frustration. They do not seem to care for the voice of its customer at all.

OLA should reprimand the driver and refund my money. OLA should also apologize for this disservice and the insensitive attitude of its customer support.
