Revv - Unfair Cancellation and Refund for Booking on December 2025

I am extremely disappointed with the way my recent booking was handled. Please note the following sequence of events:

My booking was scheduled for *th December **** at **:** PM.
At *:** PM, I received a call from revv team requesting my documents for verification. I was assured that once verification was complete, the car would be delivered.
At *:** PM, a delivery person arrived with the wrong car (Innova Hycross) and stated that verification had been completed. After I complained, the vehicle was changed to another car.
At delivery, I paid the remaining amount, bringing the total payment to ₹****.
Despite this, at **:** PM, your team again asked for documents and suddenly declared my licence invalid, cancelling the booking.
I was then informed that only ₹**** would be refunded, despite no service being provided.
This raises serious concerns:

If my licence was considered invalid, why was payment accepted and delivery attempted?
what your team was doing since *pm, if my documents were not okay and why delivery attempted.
Why was verification not completed before confirming the booking and collecting money?
Why was the wrong car sent initially, adding to the confusion?
On what grounds is only ₹**** being refunded when the cancellation was initiated by Revv?
I demand:

A full refund of ₹**** immediately.
A written explanation of why verification was delayed until after payment and delivery.
