Booking Id ******** had Booked Car from Revv for **th March ** amount **** . Some how I had to reschedule to ** th March **. I called them they told me to pay *** again as Modification charges along with new unrealistic fare as **** with no fuel . Now new fare doesn't had fuel included and cost was as high as they think we are fools.
Surprisingly I had checked their New Booking on same date **th same time it was **** with fuel.
They told you can cancel and book new
Either way they wanted to eat *** which is unethical. Now They didn't issued me any invoice and are my ***.
* This service is not rendered why should I pay charge.
*. Every service has GST involved. Where is invoice for No Service???
I want my *** bucks back anyhow.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
