Revv - Revv cancelled my booking making a case not mentioned in their policy

Hi, I booked a car with Revv for **th. The person came with a car on **th ** a.m. and after looking at the documents, declined to give me car saying I had to complete one year on the license which I didn’t find in the policy mentioned on the applicatoon, neither found that while booking the car. When I raised the complaint to the customer care, first of all, they mentioned that it is mentioned in policy but asked me to go to FAQ section to find this under a question. I don’t know why he said policy then. Also he told me they wouldn’t waive off the charges which I never discussed or asked for. I had called to raise a complaint regarding the platform navigation, my booking experience, to include info on their policy and best ways forward to solve my query but didn’t expect this kind of behaviour from customer support.
