Today I ordered bulk of items from swiggy and was amazed to see all the items came in a very thin plastic bag. Which, as soon as I got hold of, teared apart and the items started dropping. Just imagine how the delivery person carried the big bag from store to my home without damage! And if any item got damaged in the process, the company would blame this poor guy instead of taking responsibility for not giving a good quality bag. Swiggy has been a blood sucking company it seems which has no empathy for its employees and as a consumer I condemn this kind of unprofessional behaviour of the employer.
