Justdial Ltd - Unexpected deducted from my bank account inspite of canceling the subscription

I have taken a service from justdial *month back, the executive of justdial named satish mishra came at my place in sewri, he convinced us by saying he and his team will provide us with ratings, leads and bookings calls for which he asked down-payment of ****/- INR which was given by cheque on **th March **** the cheque was dated to be issue on **th April **** whereas the executive Satish Mishra promised the team will notify me before issuing cheque so i can arrange the amount in my account and the first EMI will strike on month of May. But then it came to my notice that iw return charges of ***/- INR with gst were applied on me because of justdail team and I informed the executive to cancel my subscription before it starts the executive accepted his fault I was told that my subscription was stopped after that on **th April **** the amount of ****/- INR was deducted as EMI to justdial inspite of cancelation of my subscription them again the executive promised that it was a mistake and the EMI will be returned and again I told the executive to stop deduction of money from my account where I was told my subscription is canceled further I'll not be charged and after that even after requesting and intimating so many time to the executive Satish Mishra today on *th May **** amount of ****/- got deducted by cheque clearing no ****** to justdial I tried calling the executive Satish Mishra several times after this deducted but the number is switched off now and another executive Anupuma Dhavde is also not receiving my calls I also called on justdial customer service number where is spoke to the representative named Pratiksha Sudku who was very rude and did not respond to my complaint she told that there is no return policy I'll not be refunded and my EMI will be continued.
This is a very disturbing matter and no scope of justice is seen its a very humble request that my problem should be resolved and my hard earned money should refunded to me and the executive should be fired so that other small startup owners must not be cheated and bear such loss in this ongoing hard situation
