i made a transaction of Rs. *,**,***/- with my credit card on **th September ****. So, they took the service charge of Rs. ****. As per their norms, amount should be deposited in the landlord's account (upto * working days). But the transaction delayed. Now(**th September ****) they are telling that, initiated refund of Rs. *,**,***. with deduction Rs. **** (Service charge).
Without providing service, how they are holding the amount.
So, please anyone help me out on this.
