Nobroker - Unethical practices

I have been frauded by NoBroker company, I took there services to manage my property while i am out of india and As per the agreement they will find the tenant and conitnue act as intermediary supporting both the parties. As per the agreement that company is suppose to transfer the deposit amount to me (owner) before the tenat arrives however even after permitting the tenant as good will, the company hasn't transferred any deposit nor is willing to do so in the near future, when asked about the deposit, i have sent in cricles by the company agents informing that it will be done today morning, evening blah , blah. It's been over a week since i allowed the tenant into my house, I dont see company making any progress nor it willing to transfer the deposit. Reading online, it appears company has frauded/cheated many common people and i would like some action from your side so the company works to achive it's moral goal and not engage in unlawful pratices. I am attaching the agreements (owner-service / tenant ) that clearly states that the company must transfer the deposit to owner.
