Yatra.com - unethical behaviour

This is the worst online travel site ever. I was looking for an international package, the first customer representative said unless and until i send him the tickets, he would not provide me any sample package. then I called another representative and he just told me a tentative rate but did not provide any package in mail. Then i contacted another representative asking for a negotiated rate and he told very rudely that he did why did i enquire for the second time when i already had got a tentative rate. I have no words for such unprofessional employee. I have now booked the package from MMT **** bucks more than that provided by yatra. They are way away from doing business. they must understand that money is not only the priority for customer's to book a package, but good behaviour do (like the MMT employees).
