Cleartrip - Undue Delay with Fight Ticket Refund

I had cancelled my flights Delhi to Goa return when the Indian government announced a lock down and cancelled all domestic flights for the forseeable future. This time frame included the dates for which I had booked. Initially, Cleartrip promised a refund by the **th May **** which was reasonable considering the situation but nothing happened. Everytime I try to raise an issue, I get a generic email saying they haven't received anything from the airline which is not done. My money is stuck with Cleartrip and it is their responsibility to refund it to me if they are not able to fulfil their end of the obligations when I paid the money. I have even raised complaints regarding the delay on their website but haven't received any response from them yet. Their customer service number is not helpful at all. My trip ID is ************.
