I Have HP Pav x*** Convert **-dh****TU laptop. Serial- / Product-No: *CG*****MH / ***T*PA.
After auto update it was not working getting BIOS *** error, but display was working. So On *th April I contacted HP support. Technical engineer tried remotely to fix issue for * hr. Oneline issue could not be resolved. So on *th April ****they sent QDIGI enginner. He opned laptop took photo and shared with HP. Till **th April there was no communication from HP. Finally i called HP Customer care */* times. At least HP sent mail "Our diagnosis confirms that this is a case of Induced Damage that is unintentional. " Without sharing any details how it happen , might be happen from their engineer. HP is asking to pay for fix.
My complaint is it should be done as part of the warrantee.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
