Laptop Adapter damaged, spare adapter not available anywhere. Customer support has been of no use, contacted via all possible means - mail, WhatsApp, call still no resolution.
I have been in contact with HP support for the past month, seeking a resolution, but unfortunately, no satisfactory solution has been provided.
Details of the Issue:
- Laptop Model: Victus **
- Adapter Issue: Complete failure, laptop has been without power for the past month

Chronology of Events:
*. **-Oct-**: Initially reported the issue to HP support.
*. Been following up regularly regarding the status of the complaint, no resolution provided.
*. Received no resolution or update on the issue.
*. Checked with offline stores in Delhi, Pune, and online sales team, but the required adapter stock is unavailable.
Financial Loss:
I would like to bring to your attention that I have incurred a financial loss of ₹***** due to the non-functionality of the laptop, rendering it useless for the past month.
Requested Action:
I request immediate attention to this matter and a prompt resolution to the adapter issue by either providing the adapter or exchange laptop and adapter as one package. Additionally, I would appreciate compensation for the financial loss and inconvenience caused.
