On April **, ****, I placed a food delivery order through the KFC app from the Ascendas, International Tech Park (Park Square Mall) location in Bangalore. The order was accepted with a promised delivery time of **:** PM. However, the order was never delivered, and despite this, the app marked the order as "Completed".
This incident was particularly frustrating due to a complete lack of communication from KFC India. I received no updates, calls, or explanations for the non-delivery or the incorrect status. I also experienced difficulty in contacting customer service; the provided number was inactive until **:** PM, at which point an automated message stated the working hours were **:** AM to **:** PM, leaving me with no way to get help for my overdue delivery.
Despite multiple follow-ups and ticket escalations over four months, my issue remains unresolved. My initial complaint was sent on April **, ****. Since then, I have received only automated or generic responses from KFC's customer service team. They have consistently stated that a team is working on the issue and will provide an update as soon as possible, but no resolution has been provided. This is my fifth follow-up.
The undelivered order was charged to my account. This situation represents a significant failure in service standards, as KFC India failed to deliver the food, provided inaccurate order status information, and has been unresponsive in processing the refund.
Therefore, I am seeking a full refund for the amount debited for the undelivered order. I request that Voxya escalate this complaint to a higher authority at KFC India and assist in the immediate processing of my refund.

• Screenshots of the app showing the "Completed" status.
• All email correspondence with KFC India customer service (the PDF you provided).
• Proof of payment/bank statement showing the debited amount.
