We went to kfc virudhungar branch on ** th October **** at around *:** pm .We ordered burgers and burger buns were like * ruppee bun from a tea shop with no sesame seeds over the top and it was supercold with the cheese frozen and a * ruppee coin sized lettuce with loads of mayonnaise and the cold chicken and only mayonaisse and chicken were there in between the buns and we ordered hot coffee and they gave a watery cold liquid and they are calling it as hot coffee.At that time itself we planned to complaint about the branch and we asked for the bill and they said the machine was not working but there were * machines among which one was perfectly functioning but they made us wait for **-** mins and they gave something like a list of food we orderd as a bill and the ones who served us food was janani and the manager name id suresh.We tried calling your customer support files and after multiple times calling we got response and they said they are sorry and they said they can provide bill now .We wasted our money .Nothing comes for free
