Dear KFC Customer Care Team,
I am writing to raise a serious food safety concern regarding my recent order from KFC Medahalli, KR Puram, Bangalore ******, placed via Swiggy on *th October ****(Order ID: *************** ).
I had ordered the Big * Meal worth ₹***, but what I received was highly unacceptable and unsafe. The chicken pieces were expired, completely dry, smoky, and had visible black burn marks. The smell and texture clearly indicated that the food was stale and unfit for consumption.
Additionally, I received only * wings and one leg piece, instead of the complete Big * meal, and the Mad Duo meal contained just a dry strip.
This is not only a quality issue but also a potential health hazard. As a regular customer who has always trusted KFC’s food standards, this experience has been extremely disappointing and concerning.
I request:
*. A full refund for the order.
*. An urgent investigation into the outlet’s food handling and quality control.
*. Assurance that expired or unsafe food items are not being served to customers.
I have attached photos and screenshots of the food and the order for your reference. I would appreciate a prompt response within ** hours, as this is a matter of food safety and consumer trust.
