Surbhi filed complaint against Swiggy on Apr 20, 2019
The order received was completely uncooked. The agent from swiggy said since we have already multiple times compensated you so this time we cannot give and also it's not swiggy responsibility. The issue is a customer cannot take guarantee of food and the supplier or the service provider should do on it. I was ready to return the food but they were not ready. To whom customer should believe if he is paying from his pocket. If required I can submit the audio recording of agent
