Mayur filed complaint against Swiggy on Oct 12, 2021
I ordered food from Swiggy from the restaurant name Knam. I order the food yesterday. On raising the complain through their app, there system simply close the complain and ask to wait for * hours. The request number was ********.
The whole order was uncooked. The kuttu puri were thick and uncooked which can clearly seen from the photo shared to swiggy. The samak rice had stones in it. And pumpkin vegetable was also not cooked.
I waited for this long and got this kind of response -
"This is with reference to the concern raised by you on Order# ************.
Having gone through your email, we see that you reported having received poor quality food on this order. Since the restaurant is solely responsible for the preparation of the food, we will be unable to compensate you for this issue.
Having said that, you may rate the restaurant on the app, as this impacts their business directly and they are likely to be pulled into action seeing the same.
Thank you for taking the time to write to us regarding this issue.,"
If I the order is uncooked then it's your company who has to compensate, since I paid to you. I have to threw all food as it can be consumed by human.
