My order was placed and tracking id *************and it was stated they try to deliver it and it was failed to attempt . I called Amazon regarding the issue yesterday they said everything fine and the ticket was updated wrongly . Today I got the same message deliver attempted when I called the customer service they are stating the number is wrong . So I asked for a supervisor agents are stating supervisor are not available now .gave me a mental stress because of this people . The supervisor was so rude and never let me to speak and he was keep on reading some thing . To much of mental stress with these people . I want to cancel my prime member ship get rid of amazon worst customer service ever in my life .
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
