Future Choice Hospitality India Limited - Unauthorized Credit Card Swipe and Refund Denial

On **.**.****, my wife and I attended a promotional event hosted by Future Choice Hospitality India Limited at the Holiday Inn, Gurugram. We were told the presentation would last **-** minutes but were subjected to nearly * hours of exhausting, high-pressure sales tactics.

During the presentation, the sales representative, Pramod, asked for my wife’s HDFC credit card under the explicit pretense of "checking for approval and offers." Without our consent or knowledge, he attempted to swipe it for INR **,***. When that declined due to the card limit, he independently swiped it for INR **,***. When I immediately protested this unauthorized transaction, the staff coerced us into paying the remaining INR **,*** using my Axis Bank credit card, falsely claiming the initial transaction could not be reversed and that we were now locked into their *-year membership.

I possess a clear audio recording of the representative, Pramod, explicitly admitting that he processed the transaction without my consent. This is financial fraud.

Furthermore, their own agreement states a *-day cancellation policy. I exercised this right and sent a formal cancellation email the very next day, on **.**.****. I also visited their head office in Noida to demand my refund.

The company is now withholding our INR **,***. They are refusing to process the refund by falsely claiming that my active bank chargeback disputes (initiated on **.**.****) have created a "lock" on the transaction. This is a documented delay tactic, as any merchant can issue a refund to instantly resolve a bank dispute.
