Subject: Complaint regarding fraud and cheating by Future Choice Hospitality.
Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Shilpa Khungar w/o Raj Kumar Arora, residing at AG **** Antriksh Heights Sector ** Gurugram, wish to file a complaint against Future Choice Hospitality (Holiday travel company) having registered office at G-**, *nd Floor Sector-*, Gautam Buddh Nagar, Noida-****** Ph-****-*******,******* and operating from various location in Gurgaon i.e. Holiday Inn Gurgaon Sector ** and IRIS Sarovar Portico, Iris Broadway, Sector **.
*. Details of the incident: The compliant is against the mis-selling and fraudulent intention while selling the membership with wrong commitment like offering *star & *star property for holiday destination like Lemon Tree, Holiday Inn, Sarovar, Sterling Alleppey etc, however at the time of first booking, they have offered very limited and low-quality properties for Kerala which were below *star quality. Afterwards they are forcing us to accept from the given option and there is no other option as of now, else we have to shift the plan to some other time.
I have escalated the case in FCH customer care to cancel my membership and refund the paid amount however they are not accepting it and forcing me again to continue with membership as it is non-cancellable as per them hence no refund can be issued.
I have reported the issue with National Consumer Forum (vide docket no. *******) to escalate and intervene.
*. Date and Time of Occurrence: Membership date is **st Feb **** and travel plan was **th Mar **** but it had been cancelled.
*. Place of Occurrence: Holiday Inn Gurugram Sector ** Sapphire, Gurgaon ******.
*. Nature of Offence: Cheating, mis-selling, Fraud, Mis-information to gain financially.
*. Description of the accused: The company represented people, attended us on *st Feb **** for executing the fraud are Sawan (**********) for Sales, Pramod Kumar (**********) Manager Sales.
*. Loss incurred: The amount of Rs. ***,*** has been paid for Holiday Vacation membership which was transferred via online credit card payment on *st Feb ****.
*. Evidence: Attaching copy of Membership Certificate, Welcome Letter, Purchase Agreement, payment slips, Approval forms and visiting card of Pramod Kumar Manager.
