Future Choice Hospitality India Limited - Membership Fraud

I (with the family mandatorily) was invited last evening by Mr Harsh Malhotra to hotel Holiday inn sector **, gurgaon to collect free vouchers of hotel stay, movie, and parlour. When I reached there, I was received by Mr Preetam. Instead of handing over my free vouchers to me, he started explaining the holiday owner plans and took a couple of hours from my precious time. He kept showing me the */* start hotels and the plan benefits.

After *.* hours he told me the membership down payment cost i.e. ****** for ** years silver plan. I denied that straight away. Then he told me that he can exclude the ***** rs offer trip from this amount. I denied that too. Then he told me that he will provide me free dinner for ** people and so on. He kept lowering down the price and took it to *.** lacs with * additional years saying that they will make my wife as primary member.

I was *:**, Me and my family was too hungry and tired too so we wanted to end this shit up asap. When I asked a day time, they denied that the offer is only valid for today on table. They did not even give me time to think at home for an hour.

My mind was totally confused and I was unhappy too. My wife asked me to take the offer as the process was tiring. The representative took my phone and entered the amount with my credit card details, entered the OTP right away and asked me to click on submit in a rush. I was totally dominated by the manager. Then they took our signatures on some agreements and handed over the copies to us.

They kept saying me that I can read the T&C at home.

When I came home and discussed with my family and explores over internet, I found that this has happened with most of the guys and they offered the same price to all of them. Even to some people they offered ***** plan for * years even those were not senior citizens. They did not even tell me about that plan.

Furthermore I was informed that the company was incorporated in ****, however when I checked on internet I found it was incorporated in December **** itself.

I was not expecting that such a company will do such kind of unethical practices.

I just want to cancel the membership as soon as possible.
