I received notification in my phone that amount of rupees **,***+**,***+**,***=***,***/- total one lakh rupees debited from my account immediately. I have been reported to Axis bank Kalyan Nagar branch and they block the ATM debit card by reporting fraud unauthorized transaction. Branch asked to bring FIR copy to the cybercrime police station and the same submitted to the branch and they raised the complaint and given SR NO.******** and ********. After that, I visit the branch said to me your complaint status closed, after that, I have call customer care they raised my complaint and given me SR NO. ********.
