Airtel - Unapproved charges on International Roaming

I have been in the US since Jan **** and have been using ** days roaming pack for * months. It has been automatically renewing for these * months. Apparently Airtel has revised the policy so that the roaming pack auto renewal has been cancelled. There was no communication about this change in policy except for the email attached.

Further, without any further notification, Airtel has switched me to ***/day plan without any activation messages about the plan change. So, they charged *****/month without any notification about the plan changes. Further, despite contacting them * times via email and phone, no one would call me back to provide an answer.

This is pure predatory behavior from Airtel charging unapproved plans with high rates from the customers. These guys should be penalized severely.
