Haldiram - Unacceptable behaviour by Haldiram outlet employee

I went to Haldiram’s sector ** branch to have dinner with my family.

An employee by the name of Rinku Gupta behaved rudely to me when I asked the status of my order, that too after waiting for ** minutes.

I ordered on *:**pm and received it on **:**pm. When asked for my order, he told me to get a refund if I can’t wait longer. He was behaving rudely to everyone who had ordered items to eat inside the outlet. He kept on giving the orders to people who had larger order amount.

This is very unacceptable to me. I didn’t feel safe around him and he is not suitable for an outlet that is family friendly.
