Haldiram - Time Loss and taste not as good as before

I ordered * vadapao for which staff i told the staff that the inside tikki should be hot they told me it will take ** minutes if made fresh i waited for that but then suddenly a girl name (Anjali) came and gave me the vada pao which are already on table i told her that it should be fresh then she start showing attitude i told her i want it hot but she didn’t hear me despite saying this many times and then she waited me for another ** minutes just for the vada pao i even complaint this to manager but he said he can’t do anything about it because that person came from a big reference and he is afraid that he will lose his job if said anything to her. I feel so insulted please do some action or else i took this on twitter and instagram. I want a clear apology from her.
