Haldiram - Customer service

Visited haldiram of sector ** ordered * plates of puri sabji from breakfast menu and vada pao.
They declined to give the halwa and raita along with the plates
Even the counter staffs were so rude. Being such a big brand never expected such kind of service. Even being in the service industry they are treating customers like we are there servent. The service mnager was also very rude, We declined to take the order and they were like aapka dil hai to le lo, we didn't took the order but they dont have any courtesy towards the customer that they should either cooperate or refund the amount. Want a serious action against the manager as well as staffs.
