I booked one flight (indigo) ticket from vizag to ranchi dated **.**.**** bearing PNR no.AF*MXV and it costed me Rs.*****. But due to imposition of lock-down owing to COVID-** flight got cancelled and the entire amount was kept as credit shell. After nearly * months i booked one indigo flight ticket dated **.**.**** using my credit shell and it costed me Rs.**** bearing PNR no.DMFBGN. But again flight got cancelled from airline side only. So again they put that amount in credit shell only. From here my agony starts. Now for the past three months i have been trying to use my credit shell to book flight tickets but every time one message is displayed on yatra app that i should drop a mail at support@yatra.com and one of their agents will get in touch to help me with this booking. I have written so many mails at different platform but all my efforts went in vain.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
