I’ve faced while trying to update my flight ticket. Despite calling over ** times, I am continuously stuck in an IVR loop that asks for an alternate phone number but still fails to locate my booking.
Even when I manage to reach your customer care representatives through alternate menu options, they simply redirect me back to the same IVR flow, leaving me with no resolution. I have also tried using the chatbox and even created an account on your platform, but there is no option to add a USA number, which further complicates the issue.
This has been ongoing for several days, and despite repeated requests not to transfer me back to the IVR, your team has not listened — in some cases, the calls were even disconnected abruptly.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
