Indian Railway - Trains blowing horns in residential areas

I live in Skc white meadows, kengeri satellite town, Bangalore. There is a railroad next to my society. Recently the trains have started blowing loud horns while passing through this area causing discomfort to residents. I request railway to not blow horns in this area.
