I had ordered * Two Products from Flipkart, and both of them had a Return policy of ** Days. But when I tried to Return the Product I was not able to do it and they have blocked my Account. They Said, I wont be able to further use my Flipkart account and I am Fine with it. But they are not allowing me to return the product which already has a Return policy of ** Days.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
