Hi,
I ordered two products from ajio, it was delivered on ** July but in the app, it a not updated showing out for delivery and I want to return the products but I am unable to generate self-care returns due to this issue. I called them equally mailed them many times but they are not providing me with any resolution.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
