I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Clothing, shoes & accessories
The issue that I have experienced was: I tried to return the item but no one collected yet after several requests (called to customer care and trying to return through mobile app). I also emailed Ajio to collect but no-one even bother to respond. On mobile app status still showing that "product will be collected by **th june".
Whenever i am calling to customer service, call waiting going minimum **-** minute everytime.
Mostly it's not connected but anyhow i have contacted them * times and filed request to collect.
