I have opt for rental agreement services from no broker.com, I have paid all the charges initially. Now it is more than ** days and I have not yet received the agreement copy. Sales person from no broker confirmed that it will be done *-* working days. The RM has updated in the account that the rental agreement has already been shared with landlord and tenant, but actually none of us has received the registered agreement even though the payment is done from our end. Now we both do multiple follow ups with no broker and they do not have any answer. When we asked abt the refund, for that also they are not ready.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
