No Broker App - My plan not fulfilled

I purchased the Super Relax Plan expecting professional support in finding a tenant for my property. However, the service I have received so far has been extremely disappointing.

It has been more than ** days since the plan was activated, and during this period:

• Only one property visit has been arranged.
• I have not received the contact details of tenants who showed interest in my property.
• My Relationship Manager repeatedly says he does not have access to share the contact details.
• I was advised to reduce the rent price, which I did, but there has been no improvement in tenant responses.

Another major issue is communication. My Relationship Manager is unable to communicate properly in Hindi or English. Since most interested tenants are local Maharashtrian tenants, effective communication is extremely important for coordination and scheduling visits. Because of this language barrier, potential tenants may also feel uncomfortable interacting through the RM.

In the basic NoBroker plan earlier, I used to receive tenant contact details directly, but under this premium plan I am not receiving even that level of support.

This situation defeats the purpose of purchasing a premium plan.
