No Broker App - property owner scam without providing services

This is regarding A certain property in hyderabad : "* BHK Flat in Gauthami Iconica Apartments" in P Janardhan reddy nagar.
In the no broker app there was nowhere it was mentioned that the owner is not verified
I clicked on contact owner to get his number, the no broker chat window opens and a number is sent via the chat saying this is owner name : "Ramanathamu" contact number : **********
He asks to pay **** Rs as booking fee to get a visiting pass to enter the property since this property is in demand. He also claims to refund the amount in case we do not like the apartment. We proceed with the payment and he provides a payment receipt in our email. Next his manager calls and asks us to pay rs **,*** for proof purpose (so that he can refund *****+**** all at once). Post which I realized it is a scam and raise a complaint in no broker and reported the ad.
No broker customer care claim that they have a disclaimer saying before viewing property , do not pay the owner. Honestly, If I had come across this disclaimer, I would not have got scammed. No broker claims that they do not verify their ads or owners and it is an open platform. In summary, No broker a well known app for property rentals, does not even check if their owners are scammers or legitimate.
This owner is ***% a scammer and his number is still active.
