Reliance team only know the plans to create business but they don't know how to operate it. The application of jio Mart and reliance smart bazar is pathetic. From past more than * month I have been trying to place order of wheat flour but unable to do so. They should actually understand the criticality of running the business and how to make a happy customers . The application is worst. There is restrictions to add product. I can share the proof of added products in the cart. I added the product becoz it was showing product available bt at the time of payment it is showing out of stock. I don't understand do the team is even bothered of earning.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
