I am writing to formally raise a complaint about an unpleasant and humiliating experience I had during my visit to Smart Bazar at Logix Mall, Sector **, on [date] around *:** PM.
I visited the clothing section for shopping, and upon exiting, my purse was checked by the security personnel. They found a chocolate, which was my personal belonging. However, I was falsely accused of theft. The lady guard’s rude behavior made the situation worse. She insisted on taking me to the order counter for further investigation, which was extremely distressing.
Adding to my frustration, the staff at the counter were preoccupied with their work, causing unnecessary delays and wasting my time. To expedite the process, I suggested they note my name and address to inform me of the results after their checks, but I never received any communication or follow-up.
Furthermore, I noticed that there was no security personnel at the entrance for bag or purse checking. It would be more appropriate and efficient to have such measures at the entry point to avoid confusion and embarrassment for customers.
This incident has left me feeling humiliated and has seriously impacted my shopping experience. I urge you to take the following actions:
*. Investigate this incident and provide an explanation for what occurred.
*. Ensure all staff and security personnel are trained to handle such situations respectfully and professionally.
*. Improve security protocols by placing guards at entry points for bag checks.
*. Provide a formal apology for the inconvenience caused.
