Reliance smart bazar - Received Test piece of in place of sear box piece delivery

This month, on April *th, I purchased the Crompton Ozone Classic H ** product from Reliance Smart Bazaar in Ameerpet. Instead of a new piece, we received an already used one (out of the box) for testing purposes. For the same, we asked for an exchange of the piece with a seal piece or an extra discount on the received piece. Why is the received item an open box trail piece?

We approached BM and DM several times via calls, but they are not responding properly. Please provide the resolution as soon as possible.

We made a time purchase and contacted the Branch Manager, but they did not respond to our call.

Totally unsatisfied with Reliance Smart Bazaar. I have never purchased or suggested Reliance Smart Bazaar to anyone.
