I booked tickets with yatra.com for my parents from Bangalore to Philadelphia. Due to Covid travel restrictions in April ****, flight was cancelled. I received travel voucher which I used it in October **** but due to ongoing pandemic, flight was cancelled again. Now it's been ** months since I cancelled my air tickets with Yatra and they have confirmed the refund amount but it is taking forever to refund the amount. It is been so stressful for my family during this pandemic as we need this money, it added so much mental pressure to me following up with Yatra for almost an year and I am really afraid to book any ticket with any third party companies after going through the horrible experience
