from last * days i am facing internet issue in my home and due to this me and my wife and not able to do our office work, we are completely lost and now our managers also raising concerns on our work. We also log complaint on **-**-**** at **:** pm, where the executive tell us that our issue will be resolve within ** hrs and till now no one come up to resolve and we are completely block due to this. As in this WFH era all the broadband companies are telling we support, we are ** hrs available to resolve issue then where are they when some faces any issue.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
