I had received a personnel e-gift card on Jun **, ****, at my email address. If I try to claim, it says its already claimed. But I have not shared the details of the gift card with anybody. Even the person who gifted me also has not shared the details with anybody. I have confirmed that. When I spoke to the customer service representative, they said it has been claimed by someone. I don't know who this person is and how he could claim it.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
