Jet Airways - Unable to board jet airways flight 9w0783

My flight was supposed to leave at *:** a.m and I was in the airport @ *:** a.m I was in the queue to get the boarding pass told the jet airways guy about the situation but they insisted to follow the queue and get the boarding pass. When I arrived at the counter for the pass the counter person denied giving me pass saying gate is closed and than I had to book one more ticket from jet airways for the flight leaving to Chennai @*:** a m. I feel I have been cheated as the *:** am flight left at **a.m and *:** a.m flight departed from Bangalore **.** a.m. it has caused me immense dissatisfaction and tension. I request to please refund my money which was unethically charged from me .
