Jet Airways - Refund not received

Divyendu Shekhar filed complaint against Jet Airways on Apr 6, 2021

I booked a flight on **st March, **** from Jaipur to Mumbai for **rd April, **** via Paytm.
The flight was cancelled and since then I have been following up with Paytm as they are the travel agent here in this case and they keep on saying that Jet Airways haven't refunded them yet.
I cannot get in touch with JA it is Paytm's Duty to get me my refund. It's been more than * years now and I haven't received my refund.
