Nirmit Dixit filed complaint against Jet Airways on Aug 19, 2021
I am Rajendra Pathak from Ahmedabad. I had booked two tickets for Ahmedabad - London - Toronto on **th January on Flight No. *W **** - *W *** and an amount of Rs. *,**,***/- was paid to the authorized agent M/s. Ambition Travels, C. G. Road Ahmedabad towards the cost of the said tickets. Thereafter Jet Airways services ground owing and accordingly the said flight was cancelled.
My agent ticket named above had claimed the refund of the said ticket fare of Rs.*,**,***/- vide claim No. ************* for Mr. Pathak Rajendra and claim no. ************* for Mrs. Pathak Rita. Airlines have not refunded the said amount to the Authorised Agent who in turn has not refunded the said amount to me.

I am a senior citizen with an age reaching almost **yrs. Hence, any help in expediting the refund would be greatly appreciated.
