Upstox - Unable to add money and deducting Amt from wallet

Hi,
Account number BN****, *week before I have raised a ticket complaint in upstox app and there is no response, that was regarding Amt shown available to withdraw was around ***, but I have withdrawn only ** rs it must show tha balance as *** right only ** rs was there in the ball and I think there is a cheating done in this app dear users please be aware and for past ** days I am unable to add money into upstox through Google Pay, pls do resolve.
If these kind of errors are repeating I will shift to another demat acc.
