Today on Thursday I didn't trade a single. Yesterday I profit around **** and make a withdrawal of **** total amount was in my fund ***** from this I withdraw **** and today in morning the amount is showing ***** and that **** was pending in withdraw after that I needed that ***** amount also so first I added **** from my account to the demat account and after some time I add a withdrawal of *****. After some time my withdraw of yesterday **** credited in my account but then I see in my demat account that only *** ammount is available for trading and all of my fund is traded by them I don't know why they uses my account for there purpose and make brokerage also I didn't provided anyone my account details or password so anyone else didn't do it so it's officially done by the upstox company I also know that they have access to the all accounts. My friends was also a broker some months ago he worked in brokerage company like this they doing fraud and use the client money for there brokerage and also losses so I know all the details of fraud. I also want to complaint in SEBI but first I am just taking small steps to get my money back or else I will also complaint in SEBI for this type of illegal activities. I only want my money back which was *****.
I know that in February I loss around ***** by myself on expiry date of Nifty ** and Bank nifty so I didn't trade this time then in my back the company do this type of activities.
The fund which I was complaining for is my salary amount so please refund my money I have to debt to pay.
