The above mentioned two item shoes was ordered by my sister who is in Dubai via myntra online shopping App to my name and address which unfortunately was small for my twin sons and there was no bigger size for exchange in their website and I requested for return and refund on *th Nov ****and on *th nov **** pick up person came to our house and he said he can't take it back because there was no sheo box and price tag.As my little boys open the courier they broke,tore and misplaced the box and price tag but the product is intact and unused.Then I contacted customer care they replied that return and refund was not possible as there was no price tag in it. I want to know whether myntra company have rights to take such type of stands and rules.I kindly request you to help me also guide to return and refund for the profuct from myntra company.
