I reach Hotel on ** Dec, **:** Noon. The room was no ready and thus we asked Host to clear and prepare our room so that during our return we can take a nap. We returned by *:** Pm ad tne room was alloted. The staty was so uncomfortable with no access to drinking water. We asked gost couple of times to arrange some and there was no action taken. The room was chilly cold and we ask for some alternatives and that too was not actioned. We have to vacate rooom by *:** PM the same day. The review was posted on Go Ibibo and the ost just replied with sorry. there is no financial remidiation offered.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
